Tynecroft 154, 156 & 158 High Street Old Fletton Peterborough PE2 8DP Tel: 01733 348394 Manager: Diane Rollins
Established in 1984, Tynecroft was the first private independent residential care home for adults with a learning disability in the city of Peterborough. Our current location in Fletton has been home since 1988. It is currently registered as a home for adults (18-65) with a mild to moderate learning disability. Where necessary, we extend the registration for named service users for over 65, in order that the service user can stay on at Tynecroft for as long as they want and for as long as we can provide a full service. The houses, built in the early 1900s, are furnished in a homely fashion. Great care is taken in presentation, with special attention being paid to the comfort and safety of service users. The sizes of the properties lend themselves to a community spirit, whilst also allowing privacy when required.
156 and 158 High Street are two semi-detached houses converted into one house. It is home for 12 service users, all having a single room. There are six bedrooms offering ground floor accommodation. The home also boasts all the usual communal facilities expected of such an establishment. Across the courtyard, 154 High Street is home for 4 service users. With its four single bedrooms, it offers a more independent environment. All our facilities comply with current CSCI requirements - Click here to see the latest inspection reports for Tynecroft.
