Domiciliary Care

We operate Domiciliary Care Services for people with a wide range of needs in the Community. Although most of our work is with Older People or People with Learning Disabilities we also support people who have physical needs and mental health needs. We can also provide staff who are trained to support people with Dementia or who have palliative health needs.

The agency operates from two Branch Offices. Our office in Peterborough, Augusta Care Ltd, serves people in Peterborough, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire & Huntingdon. Our other branch, Care Connections (UK) Ltd operates from our office in Bedford, serving people throughout Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and surrounding villages, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

We can provide help & assistance with personal care tasks such as getting up and going to bed; dressing, bathing, feeding etc. We can also help with practical tasks such as cleaning, washing up, laundry, shopping and pet care

We offer support to people who are both funding themselves or who are being supported with their costs by Social Services. We are able to support people who have access to Direct Payments

All of our services are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection and reports are available either directly from CSCI via the link in this website or from ourselves. We also provide interested parties with copies of our Statement of Purpose and Service User Guides.

Fees are usually dependent upon the length of call required or the number of staff required. We offer a full assessment and care planning package so that you are certain that we are able to meet your needs & can agree how your needs should be met
